Ms. Julie's Approach

    I believe every child deserves a strong start in literacy. My teaching is grounded in the Science of Reading, the Science of Writing, and research-based practices for English Language Learners. Through explicit instruction, engaging activities, and personalized support, I help Pre-K through 1st grade students develop the confidence and foundational skills needed to become successful readers, writers, and lifelong learners.

Assessment & Rates

  • Complimentary 30-minute in-person assessment to evaluate reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
  • Tutoring calendar follows the Tenafly Public School calendar
  • $65 for a 45-minute lesson
  • $75 for a 60-minute lesson
  • Some students may benefit from multiple weekly lessons to build skills, confidence, and mastery
